Emblem Studios is a visual communication studio providing professional creative solutions and services through art, design, & photography. We work to ascertain client motives, vision and unparalleled visual identity. Emblem has persistently focused on the synergy of art and design. In 2007, it established the Emblem Art Gallery to promote young artists. In 2008 it launched Emblem Couture, a limited edition Tshirt label for men. The art and design studio has constantly focused on creative dynamics, creative liberty and freedom of artistic expression as integral components in its visual delivery. Emblem provides customised design and art needs, both in digital and traditional art forms.

About the Artist:

Jayesh Sachdev, graduated with a major in Advertising and Design from Lasalle-SIA College of the Arts, Singapore, in 2005. Thereafter, he worked as an Art Director in Singapore, before moving back to India to set up his own art and design studio - Emblem.

Design being his forte, and painting his passion, his works became a reflection of a combination of the two. His enterprising nature saw him begin the Emblem Art Gallery (which was listed by India Today Nov 2008 as India’s. Top 12 Coolest Art Galleries) to promote emerging talent. Thereafter he soon launched his own T-shirt label, Emblem Couture.

Jayesh has held several exhibitions in India, Singapore & most recently his show in New York in June 09. His works are with private collectors across the globe. In addition his works are with acclaimed Bollywood film-personalities, including Priyanka Chopra, Naserudin Shah, Subhash Ghai. Jayesh was commissioned a series of 56 pop-art paintings for a Bollywood Walk of Fame of artists from the silent era in the 1930's-2009. Post his succesful "Raja Ravi Verma Re-invented in Pop" he has been actively involved in the merchandise design for Ketan Mehta's film Colours of Passion (Cannes Film Festival 08) on the artists life. Sachdev holds the National Record for having painted India’s largest concept artwork, a new-media artwork 40ftx40ft through a never before initiated 'Tyre-Art' concept that was witnessed by the nations art fraternity. He has also been involved with charity art events attended by the former President of India and is the British Council Recipient for the Top 5 Young Arts Entrepreneurs in India, 2008. He is also the finalist of the Tiger Translate India Arts Awards 2008.
